Why DOW is getting tough at 10500 region?

Look at the weekly chart. From 2006 onwards, 10500 region has been the toughest Support. So far seven times it has tested this region. See the Dotted points. Only during 2008 crash, it has breached this region. Now one again it is threatening the 10500 region. The Automatically plotted Support map tells that, if that region is broken, then the next support is in the 8000 region.

We do not know if DOW will break this region or not. At the moment, it looks to be. But I am not going into a forecast. But, I would like to warn you all that, if that regain is broken (on weekly close)  , nothing can hold the global avalanche.
